The SI5342D-D07005-GMR is a clock generator and jitter attenuator that features four input clocks and two output clocks, packaged in a 44-QFN 7vó7 mm format. It supports a wide input frequency range of 8 kHz to 250 MHz for LVCMOS and 8 kHz to 750 MHz for differential signals. The output frequency range extends from 100 Hz to 250 MHz for LVCMOS and up to 1028 MHz for differential outputs. This device is designed to provide ultra-low jitter performance of 90 fs rms and is compliant with ITU-T G.8262 (SyncE) standards. The SI5342D offers programmable jitter attenuation bandwidth from 0.1 Hz to 4 kHz, allowing for optimization based on application requirements. It features hitless input clock switching, free-run and holdover modes, and supports various output formats including LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS, CML, and HCSL with programmable signal amplitude. The device can be configured via a serial interface (I¬=C or SPI) and includes in-circuit programmable non-volatile memory for retaining settings. It operates over a temperature range of -40 to +85 ¬8C and is RoHS compliant. This product is suitable for applications in networking line cards, broadcast video, and test and measurement equipment.
