The SI5341B-D13097-GM is a low-jitter clock generator capable of producing a wide range of output frequencies from any input frequency. It features 10 differential clock outputs and operates with ultra-low jitter performance of 90 fs rms. The device supports input frequencies from 25 to 54 MHz for external crystals and up to 750 MHz for differential clocks, with output frequency ranges from 100 Hz to 1028 MHz for differential outputs and up to 250 MHz for LVCMOS outputs. This clock generator is highly configurable, compatible with various output formats including LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS, CML, and HCSL, and allows for programmable signal amplitude. It can be configured using ClockBuilder Pro software or programmed via I¬=C and SPI interfaces. The device is designed for applications such as clock tree generation, clocking for FPGAs, processors, and memory, as well as in Ethernet switches and test equipment. The operating temperature range is from -40 to +85 ¬8C, and it is packaged in a 64-QFN format.
