These alcohol burners are manufactured from clear soda-lime glass and are designed for use with isopropyl or denatured ethyl alcohol. The alcohol burners are ideal for microscopy purposes, as they produce low heat flames. The clear glass reservoir bottles hold 100 mL of alcohol. The units are supplied with ground glass stoppers which are used to reduce evaporation of alcohol when not in use, as well as wicks. Both glass stoppers and wicks may also be purchased separately
