SiTime Corporation Differential Oscillators SiT9501A-B210004

The SiT9501 is a differential oscillator with an integrated MEMS resonator designed for low-jitter applications at standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 644.53125 MHz. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, low-power HCSL, and FlexSwing output signaling with 45 fs RMS typical phase jitter. The device operates with supply voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, or 3.3 V and offers frequency stabilities of ±20, ±25, ±30, or ±50 ppm. It functions over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is available in 2.0 × 1.6 mm, 2.5 × 2.0 mm, or 3.2 × 2.5 mm packages. FlexSwing technology enables independent control of voltage swing and DC offset, eliminating external bias resistors. On-chip regulators suppress power supply noise, removing the need for an external LDO.
