The SiT9396 is an AEC-Q100 qualified, ultra-low jitter differential oscillator for automotive applications, operating from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with 150 fs RMS typical phase jitter from 12 kHz to 20 MHz and 9 fs/mV typical power supply induced jitter sensitivity. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, low-power HCSL, and FlexSwing output signaling, with factory-programmable frequency, voltage (1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, or continuous range up to 3.63 V), stability (±25, ±30, or ±50 ppm), and enable functionality. The device is available in 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages and operates across AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (−40°C to 125°C), Grade 2 (−40°C to 105°C), and Grade 3 (−40°C to 85°C) temperature ranges. On-chip regulators eliminate the need for external LDOs, and FlexSwing allows independent control of voltage swing and DC offset.
