The SiT9386 is an AEC-Q100 Grade 2 automotive-grade differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 to 220 MHz with ultra-low jitter of 0.23 ps RMS (typical) from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. It offers LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling in industry-standard 3.2 x 2.5 mm and 7.0 x 5.0 mm packages, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V. Frequency stability is configurable up to ±10 ppm, subject to direct contact with SiTime. The device meets AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualification and is designed for automotive infotainment and high-speed Ethernet applications.
