The SiT9367 is a 220.000001 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, Low-swing LVPECL, and HCSL (up to 500 MHz) output signaling with 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter. The device offers frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It is housed in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm² package with a 3.3 V supply and includes an output enable feature. On-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO.
