The SiT9366 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS oscillator engineered for low-jitter applications, utilizing DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies to deliver resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signaling with 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter and frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², and 3.2 x 2.5 mm², it operates over temperature ranges up to -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO.
