The SiT9365 is a differential MEMS oscillator supporting standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 325 MHz, designed for low-jitter applications in networking, telecom, and industrial systems. It offers LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signals, with a phase jitter of 0.1 ps RMS and frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm. Operating over temperatures from -40°C to 105°C, it is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², and 7.0 x 5.0 mm² with center pads. Integrated on-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO, and the device resists airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration through DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology.
