The SiT9365 is a differential MEMS oscillator for standard frequencies between 25 MHz and 325 MHz, designed for ultra-low jitter applications such as Ethernet, telecom, and networking. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signaling with 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter and frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm. Operating across temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C, it is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², and 7.0 x 5.0 mm².
