The SiT9365 is a differential MEMS oscillator supporting standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 325 MHz, designed for low-jitter applications in networking, telecom, and industrial systems. It offers LVDS output signaling, a 2.8 V ±10% supply voltage, and operates over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 95°C. The device is available in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm² package and achieves 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter. It integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and employs DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for resilience against environmental stress.
