The SiT9365 is a differential MEMS XO designed for ultra-low jitter applications, supporting standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 325 MHz with LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, or low-swing LVPECL output signaling. It features frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm, operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 95°C, and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. The device is housed in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², or 7.0 x 5.0 mm². It achieves 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter, making it suitable for Ethernet, SONET, SATA, SAS, and Fibre Channel applications.
