The SiT9346 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS oscillator engineered for low-jitter, high-reliability applications in harsh environments. It offersLVPECL, Low-swing LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling, with 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter and frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and features 0.1 ppb/g acceleration sensitivity. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², and 3.2 x 2.5 mm², and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise without requiring an external LDO.
