The SiT9346 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS oscillator engineered for low-jitter, high-reliability applications in harsh environments. It offers ±10 ppm frequency stability, 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter, and acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², and 3.2 x 2.5 mm², it supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signaling and operates across temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. Integrated on-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO.
