The SiT9122 is a high-performance differential oscillator generating frequencies between 220 MHz and 625 MHz with ±10 ppm frequency stability, 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and LVPECL or LVDS output signaling. It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2x2.5, 5.0x3.2, and 7.0x5.0 mm, operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and requires a 2.25 to 3.63 V supply. The device meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
