The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with phase jitter as low as 0.6 ps RMS over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability of ±10 ppm. It supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling, operates with supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V, and is available in industry-standard packages measuring 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device operates across industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 °C to +70 °C) temperature ranges and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 environmental standards.
