The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator generating frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with phase jitter as low as 0.6 ps RMS over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability of ±10 ppm. It supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Operating temperature ranges cover industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) environments. Supply voltage operates between 2.25 V and 3.63 V. The part meets MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, JESD22 for temperature cycling, and is rated MSL1 at 260 °C.
