The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS output signaling, offering as low as 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter and frequency stability of -10 ppm to -50 ppm over industrial and extended commercial temperature ranges. It is available in industry-standard packages measuring 3.2 × 2.5 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm, with supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device meets MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, JESD22 for temperature cycling, and is rated MSL1 for moisture sensitivity.
