The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL and LVDS output signaling, offering frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates across industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 °C to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device supports supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V and complies with MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 standards for mechanical shock, vibration, temperature cycling, and moisture sensitivity level MSL1 at 260 °C.
