The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator generating frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with phase jitter as low as 0.6 ps RMS over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability of ±10 ppm. It supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling, operates with supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V, and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 × 2.5 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm. The device supports industrial temperature range (-40 °C to +85 °C) and extended commercial range (-20 °C to +70 °C), with start-up and resume times of 6 ms to 10 ms. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
