The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS outputs, offering phase jitter as low as 0.6 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability of ±10 ppm. It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 × 2.5 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm, operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and adheres to MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 moisture sensitivity standards. The part is suitable for applications including 10 GB Ethernet, SONET, SATA, SAS, Fibre Channel, and PCI-Express.
