The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS output signaling. It offers frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm, a RMS phase jitter of 0.6 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and operates over industrial and extended commercial temperature ranges. Available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it operates from supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device meets MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, JESD22 for temperature cycling, and is rated MSL1 for moisture sensitivity.
