The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with phase jitter as low as 0.6 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as tight as ±10 ppm. It supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling, operates with supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V, and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm. The device operates over industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 °C to +70 °C) temperature ranges, complies with MIL-STD-883F for shock and vibration, and meets MSL1 moisture sensitivity at 260 °C.
