The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS output signaling, offering as low as ±10 ppm frequency stability and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates across industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges, and is available in 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm industry-standard packages. The device supports supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with maximum current consumption of 69 mA for LVPECL and 55 mA for LVDS. It meets MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, and is rated MSL1 for moisture sensitivity.
