The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS output signaling, offering RMS phase jitter as low as 0.6 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability of ±10 ppm. It operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges and is available in industry-standard 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm packages. The device accepts supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V and includes enable and standby controls. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 standards for shock, vibration, temperature cycling, solderability, and moisture sensitivity.
