It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Operating temperature ranges include industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C), with supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
