The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator offering LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, available in 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm packages. It provides frequency stability of ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm depending on temperature range, with 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth.
