The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, offering frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates across industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Supply voltage ranges from 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with peak current consumption of 69 mA for LVPECL and 55 mA for LVDS. The device meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
