The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator with LVPECL or LVDS outputs, operating from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, and available in 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm surface-mount packages. It offers frequency stability of ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm, with a supply voltage range of 2.25 V to 3.63 V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C for industrial use or -20°C to +70°C for extended commercial. Phase jitter is 0.6 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. The device meets MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, JESD22 for temperature cycling, and is classified as MSL1 for moisture sensitivity.
