The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz. It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges with frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 ppm. RMS phase jitter is specified at 0.6 to 0.85 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth for 156.25 MHz outputs. Supply voltage ranges from 2.25 to 3.63 V. Start-up time is 6 to 10 ms. It complies with MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, JESD22 for temperature cycling, and is rated MSL1 for moisture sensitivity.
