The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator offering LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, operating over industrial and extended commercial temperature ranges. It is available in industry-standard 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm packages. The device exhibits a frequency stability of ±10 ppm to ±50 ppm and a random RMS phase jitter as low as 0.6 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. Power supply operates from 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with current consumption of up to 69 mA for LVPECL and 55 mA for LVDS. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
