The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS output signaling with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and frequency stability options of ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm. It operates over industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges and is available in industry-standard 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm packages. Supply voltage is configurable for 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
