The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, industrial and extended commercial temperature ranges, and industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It offers frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm, 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz, and supply voltages of 2.25-3.63 V. The device meets MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, JESD22 for temperature cycling, and is MSL1 rated for solderability.
