The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS outputs, with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm, and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates with supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device supports industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial temperature range (-20°C to +70°C). It meets MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, JESD22 for temperature cycle, and is rated MSL1 for moisture sensitivity.
