The SiT9120 is a differential oscillator offering standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS output signaling. It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device operates with supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V, supports industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C and extended commercial range from -20°C to +70°C, and achieves RMS phase jitter as low as 0.6 ps over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. Frequency stability is specified as ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm depending on grade. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 environmental standards.
