The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, offering frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates with supply voltages of 2.25 to 3.63 V and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm. The device supports industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, with start-up and resume times of 6 to 10 ms. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
