The SiT9045 is a programmable, AEC-Q100 qualified oscillator offering frequencies from 1 to 150 MHz with spread spectrum EMI reduction, extended operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C, and LVCMOS output. It is available in industry-standard QFN packages measuring 2.0 x 1.6 mm², 2.5 x 2.0 mm², or 3.2 x 2.5 mm². The device supports center spread options from ±0.125% to ±2% and down spread from -0.25% to -4%, with triangular, Hershey-kiss, or random modulation profiles. It includes programmable rise/fall times ranging from 0.25 to 40 ns and maintains frequency stability as low as ±25 ppm. Typical current consumption is 6.6 mA at 1.8 V.
