The SiT9025 is an AEC-Q100 qualified, 1 to 150 MHz EMI reduction oscillator with LVCMOS output, available in industry-standard QFN packages of 2.0 x 1.6 mm², 2.5 x 2.0 mm², or 3.2 x 2.5 mm². It supports spread spectrum modulation with center spread from ±0.125% to ±2% or down spread to -4%, selectable triangular, Hershey-kiss, or random profiles, and programmable rise/fall times from 0.25 to 40 ns. Operating temperature ranges extend from -55°C to 125°C for Grade 1 AEC-Q100 compliance, with frequency stability of ±25 ppm and power consumption of 6.6 mA typical at 1.8 V. Pin 1 supports standby, output enable, or spread disable modes. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no lead, halogen, or antimony.
