The SiT9005 is a 1 to 141 MHz LVCMOS oscillator with spread spectrum technology for EMI reduction, available in QFN packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm². It operates from -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm and consumes 4.0 mA typical at 1.8 V. It supports center spread from ±0.125% to ±2% and down spread to -4%, with triangular or Hershey-kiss modulation profiles. The device features programmable rise/fall times from 0.25 to 40 ns, a 5 ms startup time, and pin1 functionality for standby, output enable, or spread disable. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
