The SiT9005 series is a 1 to 141 MHz LVCMOS oscillator with spread spectrum EMI reduction, offering center spread from ±0.125% to ±2% and down spread up to -4%, in triangular or Hershey-kiss profiles. It supports programmable rise/fall times from 0.25 to 40 ns, with frequency accuracy to six decimal places and total frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm. The device operates from -40°C to 85°C with supply voltages from 1.62 to 3.63 V, consuming 4.0 mA typical at 1.8 V. It features pin-selectable modes for standby, output enable, or spread disable, a 5 ms startup time, and is available in industry-standard QFN packages of 2.0 × 1.6, 2.5 × 2.0, or 3.2 × 2.5 mm². RoHS and REACH compliant with Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free construction.
