The SiT8944B is a 1 MHz to 110 MHz LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator with an extended operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and AEC-Q100 qualification. It supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, consumes 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V, and includes a standby mode with currents as low as 0.6 µA. Frequency stability is as low as ±20 ppm over temperature, voltage, and load. Acceleration sensitivity is 0.1 ppb/g. The device is offered in industry-standard packages: 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free.
