The SiT8944B is a 1-110 MHz LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible oscillator with an extended operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, AEC-Q100 qualification, and industry-standard package options including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with typical current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V and 4.0 mA at 2.25-3.63 V. Frequency stability is rated as low as ±20 ppm, with acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g and 20-year aging of +28 ppm at 85°C. The device includes standby mode with current as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V and offers OE and ST pin control for output enable and sleep functionality. All versions meet RoHS, REACH, and are Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
