It is available in industry-standard packages measuring 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, and consumes 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V.
