The SiT8924B is an automotive-grade AEC-Q100 oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with stability as low as ±20 ppm, operating at 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V supply voltages. It supports extended temperature ranges up to -55°C to +125°C, with industry-best G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g and typical power consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V. The device includes standby mode for reduced power use and provides LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output. Available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it is RoHS, REACH, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free compliant.
