The SiT8924B is an automotive-grade oscillator for applications requiring extended temperature operation and high reliability, offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with stability as low as ±20 ppm and G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g. It operates from a supply voltage of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, consumes 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V, and supports LVCMOS/LVTTL outputs. Available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The device includes standby mode for low power and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
