The SiT8924B is an automotive-grade AEC-Q100 oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. It is available in industry-standard package sizes including 2.0 × 1.6 mm, 2.5 × 2.0 mm, 3.2 × 2.5 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm. Operating at 1.8 V or from 2.25 V to 3.63 V, it draws 3.8 mA typical current at 1.8 V and includes standby mode to reduce power consumption. It features an LVCMOS/LVTTL output with G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g and meets RoHS, REACH, and halogen-free standards.
