The SiT8924B is an automotive-grade oscillator for extreme temperature environments, compliant with AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and extended to -55°C to +125°C. It supports frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and operates on supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device features low power consumption of 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V and includes a standby mode. It offers industry-best G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g and provides LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output. Available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it is RoHS and REACH compliant. The part includes an OE/ST pin for output enable and standby control, and requires a 0.1 µF decoupling capacitor between Vdd and GND.
