The SiT8924B is an automotive-grade AEC-Q100 oscillator for extreme temperature environments, offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with stability as low as ±20 ppm and G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g. It supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, consumes 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V, and includes standby mode for low power. The device features LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output and is available in industry-standard packages: 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It operates over extended temperature ranges up to -55°C to +125°C and meets RoHS, REACH, and MIL-STD-883F environmental standards.
