The SiT8920B is a wide-temperature-range oscillator for harsh environments, providing frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with stability as low as ±20 ppm and operating from -55°C to +125°C. It supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.5 V to 3.3 V, consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and features an LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output. The device is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It complies with RoHS and REACH standards, and meets MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, along with JESD22 for temperature cycling. A 0.1 µF bypass capacitor between Vdd and GND is required.
