The SiT8918B is a high-temperature oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm, operating from -40°C to 125°C and compatible with supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.5 V to 3.3 V. It features LVCMOS/LVTTL output, typical power consumption of 3.5 mA at 1.8 V, and is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm sizes. Standby current is as low as 0.6 μA at 1.8 V, and startup time is 5 ms. The device supports output enable and standby modes, with a 50 kΩ to 150 kΩ input pull-up impedance for the OE/ST pin. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free, and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
